Information about personal data processing by FreeQ – Freedom Qulture Gathering event organizers regarding event ticket purchase.

Marta Petryk, working under sole proprietorship Poka Loka Films, Długa street 22a/2, 05-822 Milanówek, NIP: 5291754610, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, that is the organizer of the event FreeQ – Freedom Qulture Gathering (“Event”), in accordance with legal obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data , and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) (Official Journal of the European Union of 4th May 2016) hereby informs that:

Any and all requests and statements as well as questions regarding processing of Your personal data should be directed through e-mail: freeq.gathering@gmail.com.

2. Regards of the processing of personal data as well as circumstances in which said data was obtained

You have conveyed Your personal data to us in regards of the purchase order of a ticket, which authorizes entrance to the event.

The processing scope of personal data made available by You includes: name, surname and e-mail address.

Providing personal data does not constitute a statutory requirement. You are not obliged to provide Your data, though it is necessary in order for the Organizer to conclude purchase agreement of the FreeQ – Freedom Qulture Gathering event ticket, as well as exercise Your rights which come with purchase of said ticket.

3. What is the goal, legal basis and rules for processing of Your personal data?

Your personal data is processed, because it is a necessity to validate event ticket purchase agreement as well as to exercise customer’s rights, which include action on request of personal data subject before conclusion of event ticket purchase agreement – the processing of personal data is therefore based on Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)

Processing of personal data will include collecting, recording, organizing, ordering and storing

4. Who can the Organizer provide personal data to?

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: entities providing services to the Organizer, necessary for the purpose of processing the data referred to above, including IT partners, technical, organizational and advisory support providers, other subcontractors in the area of claim or defense.

5. How long will your personal data be processed?

Your personal data will be processed during period necessary to complete the event ticket purchase as well as after the transaction, no longer than it is necessary for the customer to exercise his or her rights deriving from said event ticket and until Organizer’s claims relating to the event ticket have been barred.

6. What rights do You have with regard to personal data?

You have the possibility to request rectification, access to data, deletion of data, to limit the processing of data, to transfer the data provided to the Organizer.

You are entitled to object the Organizer at any time – for reasons connected with particular situation of the objector – to the processing of personal data related You, based on Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), including profiling under these provisions.

The aforementioned requests and other correspondence related to personal data should be submitted as indicated in paragraph no. 1.

7. Where can You file a complaint about the processing of personal data?

You may file a complaint about the processing of personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
